Flights

Q: Why don’t you include flights in the cost of the trip?

A: To save you money. We don't book and include flights because everyone will be flying from different locations. It is much more cost effective to allow everyone to be responsible for finding the best price for their own flight rather than raising the price of the tour equally for everyone. 

 

Cell Phone & iPad

Q: What can I do and what do you recommend that I do with my cell phone or tablet while overseas? 

A: The answer to this question all depends on what you would like to do and how much you are willing to spend. Please click here to read the full blog post regarding cell phone and technology usage overseas. 

 

Money

Q: What is included in the price of the tour?

A: The price of the tour covers all:

  • Hotel Accommodations
  • Breakfasts plus tips 
  • Dinners plus tips
  • Sightseeing and Admission Fees
  • Tour Guides plus tips
  • Drivers plus tips
  • Touring Expenses, including coach tour bus, fuel surcharges, taxes, fees, etc.  

Airfare and personal incidentals are not included in the cost of this trip.

 

Q: How much money will I need above the cost of the tour? 

A: Not included in the cost of the tour is your flight, lunches, lunch tips & incidentals. When you are out on your own for lunch, it is customary to round-up, or add a pound or a euro or two, rather than tip a certain percentage.

Please plan to spend approximately: 

Airplane Ticket: $1,000 - $1,200.00

Lunch X 9 meals: $100-$150.00 (Depending on the exchange rate at the time)
